The short answer, YES! I want all you ladies to understand this Sweat Challenge is about BALANCE and creating a long lasting and sustainable lifestyle where you can still have fun. I don’t want you restricting yourself by missing out on social events, or fun with your friends and family.   My advice is, instead of cutting things out of your life or missing out, I want you to focus on what you can ADD into your diet and lifestyle. This can be as simple as adding in more fruits and vegetables to your meals when you're at cafes and restaurants or catching up with your friends for a walk instead of sitting down for coffee. Small changes like these can make a HUGE impact to your overall health and mindset in the long run. 🙌  So, go out and socialise if you want to, and don’t beat yourself up about it. Feeling guilty is not necessary, and it will actually impact your progress MORE. Rather than feeling disappointed in yourself, or demotivated, just move on!
