新横浜ラーメン博物館(ramen museum)さんのインスタグラム写真 - (新横浜ラーメン博物館(ramen museum)Instagram)「【ラー博クロニクル Vol.15】　激突！ラーメン登竜門「新横浜着　全国ラーメン紀行」の一環として企画されたのがキッカケのプロジェクトです😎 「新しい価値を作る方への支援」を主眼として、全国から新しいラーメンを作る方を募集し、コンペで優勝した方にラー博で3ヶ月間の営業をして頂く企画でした🧐🙏 参加者にはラーメン店開業前の「ぜんや」の飯倉さんや、「せたが屋」の前島さん、「ソラノイロ」の宮崎さん等、現在活躍されている方々も参加していただきました。数度に渡る選考の結果選ばれた3名が、300人の一般審査員による最終選考で激突。最後の最後まで結果の見えないデッドヒートの末、からくも勝ち残ったのは現在、静岡県伊豆市で「あまからや」を営む、店主の海老名東人さんでした☺👏 【店舗データ】あまからや https://izu-amakaraya.com/ ラー博出店期間 1999年6月3日～1999年8月29日次回は徳島「いのたに」さんです Ramen Museum Chronicle Vol.15 This is a project that was originally planned as part of the "Shin-Yokohama Arrival Nationwide Ramen Journey. The main objective of this project was to "support those who create new value", and we invited people from all over Japan to create new ramen, and the winner of the competition was asked to operate a ramen shop at the Ramen Museum for three months. The participants included Mr. Iikura of ZENYA, Mr. Maejima of SETAGAYA, and Mr. Miyazaki of SORANOIRO, all of whom are currently active in the ramen industry. After several rounds of selection, the three winners clashed with each other in the final selection by the 300 members of the general jury. After a dead heat with no result in sight until the very end, the winner was Mr. Tohito Ebina, the owner of "Amakaraya" in Izu City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
