If you haven’t added a set of resistance bands to your home gym kit yet - you don’t know what you’re missing 🙃 here’s a glute circuit you can do on its own or as an activation with less sets before leg day!
.
Aim for 15 reps each leg for each move! 2 sets if you’re using it as an activation and 5 sets if you’re using it as a full workout!
.
Keep everything SLOW AND CONTROLLED!! If the band is slipping you’re likely moving too quickly! The more stable you are with your movements the more stable the band will be as well ☺️
