Remember this home made granola recipe? This was from one of my very first YT food videos and the start of a cooking journey! I realized I never shared the written recipe so here you go!:)
Ingredients:
-2 cups of oats
-½ cup sunflower seeds
-½ cup pumpkin seeds
-½ cup hempseed
-½ cup chiaseed
-1 cup shaved almonds or almonds in pieces
-1 cup pecan nuts in pieces
-½ cup of hazelnuts in pieces
-pinch of salt
-1/4 cup Maple syrup
-1tbsp cinnamon
-½ cup of melted coconut oil
-Mix everything together, add onto a baking sheet, bake for 20 minutes in oven ( 350F or 180C)
-When cooled down add shredded coconut or raisins. Serve with coconut yoghurt, oat milk or as topping!
