I am very used to being overwhelmed. I’ve operated that way since I started working full time at 12. I made huge steps in 2020 to stop operating from that place and to truly learn how to, exhale. How to take a break and not feel guilty. Now things are starting to speed up with full steam ahead and I’m finding myself trying to slip back into a state of worry. My new chapter in 2021 is about PATIENCE. 2020 was about learning how to do me and 2021 it’s about having patience while I’m doing ALL of me 😅.. So I’m reminding myself and you guys that great things take time. The things we are working towards will still happen if we take a moment to breath. Or take that nap, watch that movie, have that date. We actually become BETTER for it. I’m all about grind time but a true hustler DOES SLEEP! We just wake up early ❤️💋」2月2日 23時56分
