GAMEDAY 🏈 BITE SIZE CHICKEN MEATBALLS.

Ingredients:
1lb ground chicken
1 egg
1 clove minced garlic
1c Pablo crumbs
1 packet Ranch seasoning
1/2 c Buffalo Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
.
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Mix all ingredients (expect Buffalo sauce in a bowl) only add 1 Tbsp of the buffalo
3. Roll into bite size balls and add to parchment paper and then bake for 10 mins
4. Remove from oven, let cool and toss with Buffalo sauce
5. Bake again for 10 minutes and enjoy!
