Photo by @junmichaelpark / The K-pop sensation BTS had the cover photo of their album "You Never Walk Alone" taken at the Jumunjin beach in Gangwon Province, South Korea, in 2017. The city of Gangneung saw an opportunity in BTS’s global popularity and built a replica of the bus stop used in the photo shoot on the same spot in 2018. Since then, the so-called BTS Bus Stop has become a must-visit site and attracted thousands of local and international K-pop fans.
