Because both cultures were integral in forming the woman that I am today, I embrace the identity of being Franco-Cameroonian. I now live just outside of Paris and operate my business in the 18th arrondissement of Paris. My business @littleafricaparis is an Afro-French woman-owned culture/design agency and multimedia platform based in #Paris with a concept store gallery to be open this spring in the neighborhood of La Goutte d’Or (a/k/a Little Africa). I am part of an Afro-French community who grew up without access to a significant part of our history and contributions, so my mission is to inspire people by sharing the stories, culture, design cultural experiences, curate events allowing anyone to have a better understanding of the African diasporas, in an authentic and beautiful manner. It is now time to acknowledge that African culture has influenced every corner of the globe, and Paris was a great place for me to start. I look forward to engaging with you and sharing my world.
