QUICK WHOLE BODY SWEAT 💦 This is a great workout if you are in the run and you don’t really have a mat/towel to do lying exercises 👌🏼

Works the whole body and will definitely get your sweat on! 😅

BEGINNER: 10reps of each || 3 Rounds
INTERMEDIATE: 15reps of each || 3 Rounds
ADVANCED: 20reps of each || 3 Rounds

▪️LUNGE KICK
Make sure to take a BIG step back, keep a wide stance (like your on train tracks) & press thru your front heel.
(reps on each side)

▪️KICK SITS
When you come through the middle keep your knees and elbows close to each other. As you sit, back knee should be pointing to the sky)
(L+R side = 2 reps)

▪️PUSH UP PRESS BACK
Keep your core engaged, especially as your push up from the ground. Drop to knees if you need to to keep correct form.

▪️CRAB WALK JUMP
Toes pointing forward and step through your heels while your sit your bottom back.
(L&R side = 2 reps)

▪️FROGGER POP UP
Keep your core strong & sit your bottom down and back as you pop up.

▪️30sec REST between rounds

Should take between 15-20min depending what difficulty you choose 💪🏼☺️ Enjoy! #homeworkout #quickworkout
