今日の和菓子はねりきりで作った #河原撫子 です。
ねりきりとは白餡に餅や芋を混ぜて作った和菓子で
茶道 で使われる「主菓子」の一種です。
撮影用に制作しました。

何年か前に作った撫子の工芸菓子の画像も付けておきます。

in white bean.
Is a kind of "Jounamagashi" as used in the tea ceremony.
