Protein pancakes: version I-don't-measure-anything.
Threw some plain oikos Greek yogurt, protein powder, egg whites, cinnamon, unsweetened baking cocoa, baking powder, oats, and some oat flour. Just get it to a certain consistency and it'll turn into pancakes, ha. Topped with a tbsp of peanut butter and some sugar free maple syrup + grapes.
