#ad Having a busy training and competition schedule makes it important for me to find time to decompress. Exploring the beautiful outdoors that Halifax and Nova Scotia has to offer is a great way to clear my mind and see the bigger picture. I don’t want cuts and scrapes from my gymnastics training to stop me from going on these adventures, so I use
