Red and white dumplings celebrating the Chinese New Year from the northeast Chinese restaurant "Ajibo" were used as the filling for the bean noodle soup. Boiled chicken meat, sliced steamed radish and carrot (also red and white), and sprinkled with spring onions. The soup stock is chicken, scallop, and small dried sardine(iriko).
