After my first 30 mile run, my maintenance and recovery is imperative so I can continue my training, keep on developing and stay in prime condition ahead of the 100 mile ultra marathon I will be attempting next month.
I want to push my mind and body to extreme limits for the next 20 years, completing physical challenges around the world that less that 0.2% of the population have done.
So I have my performance and health markers checked on a regular basis to make sure my vitamin, mineral and electrolyte levels are at their optimum to perform at my very best, for as long as humanly possible.
This year I have 5 insane challenges booked in already… Let’s f*%king go!
