New moon cleansing on the May 30th☺️✨🌏🌙5月30日の新月の日は、自分の心に溜まった感情や、お部屋を隅々まで綺麗にするとお月様から新しいエネルギーを受け取る事ができると学んだから、海に行って頭まで潜って全身を浄化したよ♪ お部屋も念入りに水拭きをして、最後はセージを焚いたの☝️

昔の人々は、月の周期を感じて生活をしていたみたいに、自分もそうなれるように少しずつ進めているよっ！

数年前に人工的な薬を体に入れる事を止めていこうと思って、まずはピルを飲む事をやめたの。そうして、しばらくしてから、、生理の周期と月のリズムが合うようになってきて、体と心に少しずつポジティブな変化を感じるようになってきたよ☺️🌷
