Did you know that Maksa was the first Georgian White with Red color at the Institute of Cytology and Genetics - home of the Belyaev domesticated foxes? We had asked them about the color morph and they indicated they would try to have a litter of this color- and thus Maksa came to be- and she is by far the prettiest girl I have ever seen!
Red foxes are found in all sorts of colors in captivity due to fur farming :( The color Georgian White was discovered at a fur farm in the Republic of Georgia long time ago. This color morph was given to the ICG for their program. Panda is a Georgian White, as are the first two Belyaev foxes the founders got (Boris and Sophia). Maksa is truly unique in so many ways. She is kind and sweet, smart, gorgeous and a complete supermodel! Vasily and Sasha are also this same color. All three are absolutely the sweetest foxes!
