The jackal babies are considering if they want to join the chorus and sing along with our other canids. The babies are doing great and have gained .6 lbs each in the last few days. They are still on the bottle, but are starting to eat some yummy soft food. Shaka likes green beans and other veggies a bit more than Zuri. Of course, they both like @rubioscoastalgrill chicken!! . These babies received their Parvo shot from vet Donna today. They aren’t fully protected, so we are still being super careful with the babies. We are not allowing interactions at encounters and all our animals decide if and when they would to interact with people. This is their world and we are merely their gatekeepers. . We are very eager to bring little Nalla into our pack and once her cast is off, we will bring her out. We don’t want to have any additional stress to this little girl. .
