It's been a week since the last day of the Lululemon Immersion event at @wolganv. Honestly, it's probably taken a week to reflect on the whole experience. I'm extremely grateful to @lululemonausnz for giving me the pathway to connect, laugh and grow with such a beautiful run community. It's not often you can walk into a group and have an immediate sense of belonging and be seen and understood by others. You get inspired by like-minded people but you also want to contribute back.

The experience has left me feeling happier, re-energised and wanting to refine my purpose in my own life. It was nice to have that time and 'space' to think about the direction of my life. It was also a good reminder to enjoy all of the moments 'in between' such as sitting in the backyard having a coffee or being in sloth-mode on the couch, and not just in the bigger moments like work, meet ups, competition and training that give me joy.

I've released I don't really know what my purpose is... I'm just someone who loves running and has decided not to give up on it. I run my own life so to speak. If anything, I just simply want to be someone who is able to bring strength and positivity and show up for my partner, family and friends. And for now, that's enough. I don't need to try and be everything to all people, I know my role.

Edit: Forgot to say I ran my first ever 10km. Surpringly pleasant 60 mins of my life 😅
