My morning routine while travelling baby! Not gonna lie, it’s harder to stay consistent than at home and that’s okay. I just ask myself what I need to do to show up at my best! Some steps I never skip…

- Skincare routine ( lately I have been using @alliesofskin products and absolutely love it, it’s helped a lot with my melasma)

- 10 deep breaths to stay grounded

- Stretch! ✨ I need to stretch my body every single morning even if I don’t have time for a workout.

- Workout 🏋️ I love to get my body moving in the morning. I have a variety of different types of low impact workouts on @soulsyncbody that you can do anywhere.

- Breakfast! 🍳 a healthy nutritious meal that will fuel my body for the rest of the day. Here in Japan we have been so lucky with the insane breakfast options. I will share more about this in another video!
