【NEW LOUNGE INSTALATION ART】

枝や木の皮、根や葉、そして花びらといった草木から色をいただき、染料として染め上げる技法を使った天然染め。今回の作品は藍染を使用し、自然の染料を使って再び元の木を作るという、自然へのオマージュ作品です。

樹木と似た構造体で構成されており、室内にいながら愛でる生花の様に「木」を眺める事で自然を感じさせてくれます。

Natural Dyeing is the process of using natural dyes that are extracted colors from plants such as branches, tree bark, roots, leaves, and petals.
The INDIGO TREE is paying tribute to nature artistry, by using indigo dye and recreating the tree using natural dyeing. The INDIGO TREE is composed of a similar structure to a tree which makes you feel natures grace by looking at it like an admiring it’s fresh flower.
