I can’t imagine my childhood without the music of Burt Bacharach. Both my parents adored his music and passed that love on to my sister and me. To this day, I still get a hankering for Burt Bacharach Radio on Pandora — so good! His music was an integral part of the soundtrack of my childhood. 🎶 Dionne Warwick’s soaring voice singing songs like “I Say a Little Prayer,” “Anyone Who Had a Heart,” and “Do You Know the Way to San Jose” reminds me of summer days playing outside with my sister while my father worked on his car and my mother gardened. Thank you for your beautiful music, Burt! Rest In Peace!
