This was special for me because it was the first time young wrestlers saw the film. I was more nervous and excited this time than any other. ⁣ ⁣ I remember being 7 years old, joining wrestling when it wasn’t even an Olympic Sport yet for women. There was no access to finding females in the space to learn from or follow. That shortly began to change when I got to attend the first ever women’s Olympic team at camp in 2004. I met my hero’s and it impacted tremendously.⁣ ⁣ Now all these years later, to see a documentary highlighting women’s wrestling at a film festival, and my Olympic teammates on the big screen is such a surreal experience!!」3月26日 7時37分
