It can also reduce anxiety and increase happiness because of the happy endorphins being released during workouts😍.  ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2️⃣ If you want the curves or “tone” your muscles, loose weight, burn fat, weight lifting will definitely do that for you. Stop the hours of cardio ladies!❤️ and no, you won’t become a hulk or Arnold Schwarzenegger🤭.  ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3️⃣ resistance training will train more than just your muscles. It strengthens your bones and connective tissue.
