DUMBBELL BOOTY 🍑 with my Muscle May challenge starting soon on the #freshbodyfitmind app, I thought I better share some teasers with you for the lead up!

Try this killer glute workout 🔥 remembering to move slowly and focusing on technique to really get those glutes burning!

3 ROUNDS

▪️1. SPLIT SQUAT
x10 (each side)
Lean your shoulders forward but keep your back activated. Press through your heel & aim to pick up the arch of you foot on the up phase for extra glute activation!

▪️2. SL HIP LIFTS
x10 (each side)
Keep your core strong to relax the lower back and focus the load in your glute. Add a pulse for extra 🔥

▪️3. SL RDL
x10 (each side)
Place all your weight in the front heel, back leg is just there for balance. A deeper knee bend at the bottom of the Rep will put more emphasis on glutes, rather than hamstring.

▪️4. PENDULUM SQUAT
Keep the shoulder forward but the back activated. Don’t go too wide with your stance (as this will target your inner thighs more).
