Knowing they are out there, moving silently across some of the most rugged and unforgiving terrain imaginable, has continually sparked my imagination, fueling my desire to learn as much as possible about an animal that is rarely seen and even more rarely photographed in the wild. Using video camera traps has given me a glimpse into a world that was previously impossible to understand, although at times I’m often left speechless, simply wondering, What do you suppose it was thinking?
