Diversity expands our perspectives, challenges our preconceptions — and helps with #allergies. According to a study in 2012, #pollen levels are expected to double by 2040. This is in part due to a recommendation in a 1949 USDA report that discouraged planting female #trees which don't give off pollen. Many pollen-producing male-only trees were planted in parks and backyards, but more female trees can make a better outside for all.
