What better way to break the posting retirement than to celebrate happy 1 year to my little left Achilles 🙌🏼🥲

Happy 1 year bday left foot - it took 2 surgeries but we made it 💃🏼

This years been a journey, I did something not many athletes get the luxury of doing and that was giving my body the time it needed to heal properly.

Foot rehabs going well - I’m grateful to have some amazing people on my team who are letting me control when we push things and when we step off the gas and finally 1 year on I’m back in a place of loving everything.
