無限そうめんレシピ3選
■冷やしラーメン風そうめん
1人分

材料：
そうめん　100g
豚バラ肉　80g
Aにんにく（すりおろす）小さじ1/2
A鶏がらスープの素　小さじ2
Aめんつゆ（2倍濃縮）　小さじ2
Aごま油　小さじ2
A冷水　250ml
ゆで卵　1個
長ねぎ（小口切り）　適量
ラー油　（お好みで）

作り方：
① そうめんと豚バラ肉を一緒にゆでる。
② 器にAを入れて混ぜる。
③ ②に①を盛り、ゆで卵、長ねぎをのせ、お好みでラー油をかけたら完成！

■油そうめん
1人分

材料：
そうめん　100g
Aにんにく（すりおろし）　小さじ1
Aめんつゆ（2倍濃縮）　大さじ3
Aごま油　大さじ1
万能ねぎ（小口切り）　適量
白いりごま　適量
七味唐辛子　適量

作り方：
① そうめんをゆでる。
② Aと①を混ぜる。
③ ②を器に盛り、万能ねぎ、白いりごま、七味唐辛子をかけたら、完成！

■卵かけそうめん
1人分

材料：
そうめん　100g
めんつゆ（2倍濃縮） 大さじ3
卵　2個
万能ねぎ (小口切り)　適量

作り方：
① そうめんをゆでる。
② ①とめんつゆ、卵1個と卵白1個分をよく混ぜる。
③ 器に盛り付け、卵黄をのせて万能ねぎをかけたら完成！

■Cold Ramen Somen
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
100g somen (thin noodles)
80g pork belly slices

A
1/2 teaspoon garlic (grated)
2 teaspoons chicken stock powder
2 teaspoons mentsuyu-noodle base
2 teaspoons sesame oil
250ml cold water

1 boiled egg
Some chopped leeks
Some chili oil

PREPARATION
1. Cook somen noodles and pork belly together in a boiling pot.
2. Mix all A ingredients in a bowl.
3. Place somen and pork (1) into the bowl (2). Put some chopped leeks and the egg on top. Add some chili oil if you like.
4. Enjoy!

■Oil Somen
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
100g somen (thin noodles)

A
1 teaspoon garlic (grated)
3 tablespoons mentsuyu-noodle base
1 tablespoon sesame oil

Some scallions (chopped)
Some toasted sesame seeds
Some shichimi hot pepper

PREPARATION
1. Cook somen noodles.
2. Mix all A ingredients with somen (1).
3. Place (2) onto a plate. Put some chopped scallions, sesame seeds, and shichimi on top.
4. Enjoy!

■Somen with egg
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
100g somen (thin noodles)
3 tablespoons mentsuyu-noodle base
2 eggs
Some scallions (chopped)

PREPARATION
1. Cook somen noodles.
2. Mix mentsuyu with somen (1). Beat one egg and one egg white well and mix with somen.
3. Place (2) onto a plate. Put the egg yolk on top. Add some chopped scallions.
4. Enjoy!
