SINGLE LEG BOOTY CHALLENGE 🍑 Fire up the glutes with this set of exercises 🔥🔥🔥 Glutes help us find stability and balance in lower body exercises, and taking it onto one leg really intensifies the challenge…

Try the workout:
*I did this as a finisher after weighted Squats, Deadlifts & Hip Thrusts…I used 6kg (13lbs)

- 3 Rounds
- x10 reps of each
- slow down, explosive up!

▪️1. SINGLE LEG RDL SNATCH
- think ‘long spine’ when you fold at the hips, pull your collar bones forward & belly button to thigh

▪️2. B STANCE SQUAT
- keep your weight in the front foot, push firmly thru the heel as you stand

▪️3. SINGLE LEG BRIDGE PIKES
- keep your belly button pulled in, especially as you extend arms over head & lower leg.

The key to activating your glutes, especially in the first 2 exercises is to tip the pelvis forward ‘folding’ at the hips & keeping the spine straight 👌🏼 #gluteexercise #bootyexercise #bootyworkout
