🔹1. SIDE TO SIDE SQUAT PULSE
- Keep the hips low, press thru the heels & squeeze your shoulder blades together.
🔹2. DOUBLE DIVE PUSH UP
- Look up as you come into up dog and pull your shoulders down and back…this is a BACK exercise!
🔹3. TABLE TOP COMBO
- 2 legs, then left, 2 legs then right. Roll your shoulders back and pull your bellybutton in at the top.
🔹4. SIDE PLANK CRUNCH + PIKE
- push down into the mat with your forearm, especially at you hitch your hips up and pike.
