Canyonlands National Park in Utah invites you to explore a wilderness of countless canyons and fantastically formed buttes carved by the Colorado River and its tributaries.

Hiking trails offer many opportunities for long-day hikes and overnight trips, while foot trails and four-wheel-drive roads lead to features such as Tower Ruin, Confluence Overlook, Elephant Hill, the Joint Trail and Chesler Park (pictured here). Bring plenty of water and remember to Leave No Trace while you’re out in these pristine areas.
