Heels raised squats x 12
Front foot elevated reverse lunge x 12
Deadlift to squat clean x 10
Dual lunge / bench hops combo x 10
Bulgarian split squats x 8
Body weight Bulgarian split (jumps) x 8
3-4 rounds - try upping weight each round
