A few foamrolling stretches I do every single morning! And here is why you should incorporate it into your fitness routine:
A few years ago, I struggled with misalignment, joint discomfort, and basic exercises like squats. That’s when I crossed paths with @realglenndawson during the pandemic. He introduced me to foam rolling, and it’s been a complete game changer for me.
These stretches have released tension, realigned my body, and improved my exercise form. The same old workouts and exercises actually starting to show results. I know it hurts at first but trust me it will get better!
I’m obsessed with this routine, whether it’s a quick 5-minute reset or a longer 20-minute stretch. Even if I don’t have time I habit stack during my stretch and make a call, catch up one of my favorite series, or do some breath work.
Do each movement 60-90 sec each:
1. Upper back release ( back and forward)
2. Mid upper back roll
3. Shoulder & Lat release ( each side )
4. Glute release
5. IT Band release
6. Hip flexer release
7. Seated forward bend
