【お祭り気分で🍧】揚げじゃがバター🥔🧈 Fried Buttered Potato

今年はみんな夏祭り行った？👀🎆
お祭りで定番のじゃがバタを美味しくアレンジ🤤

■材料
じゃがいも　2個
とろけるチーズ　適量
《バッター液》
ホットケーキミックス　150g
卵　1個
牛乳　100ml

揚げ油　適量
塩辛　適量
バター　適量
青ネギ　適量

■作り方
【事前準備】
・バッター液を混ぜ合わせておく
・じゃがいもは500Wのレンジで2分加熱しておく
1. じゃがいもに切れ込みを入れる
2. 切れ込みにとろけるチーズを入れ込む
3. 練り粉をつける
4. 150度の揚げ油で火が通るまで揚げる
5. バターと塩辛、青ネギを散らす

Ingredients:
Potatoes 2
Melting Cheese (such as mozzarella) a suitable amount
《Batter》
Pancake Mix 150g
Egg 1
Milk 100ml

Frying Oil a suitable amount
Salted Cod Roe (Tarako) a suitable amount
Butter a suitable amount
Green Onions a suitable amount

Steps:
【Preparation】
Mix the batter ingredients together.
Preheat the potatoes in a 500W microwave for 2 minutes.
1. Make cuts in the potatoes.
2. Fill the cuts with melting cheese.
3. Coat the potatoes with the batter mix.
4. Fry the coated potatoes in 150 degrees Celsius frying oil until cooked through.
5. Sprinkle with butter, salted cod roe, and green onions. Enjoy!
