I’M BACK!

Welcome to kitchen kindergarten! Here’s another super duper easy recipe for my fellow cooking toddlers.

All you need are carrots, basil, and honey. Hot or cold it’s yummy. I keep them in the refrigerator when I need something sweet. Let me know what you guys think!

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound carrots, peeled and sliced diagonally

GLAZE
1 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsp fresh basil, finely minced

INSTRUCTIONS
Steam carrots until tender, 10-15 minutes. Blend remaining ingredients and drizzle over carrots. Eat hot or cold.
