Got into Dublin today from Berlin. Not in the mood to train but eventually got onto the damn treadmill (not preferred method) got in the miles. After running it’s mobility work for 15 mins mainly to keep hips and lower back from injury.
Running more- mainly to improve cardiovascular health and make myself get better at doing shit I hate. Eventually will check off running a marathon from my bucket list. Right now I’m just getting used to the increased cardio.
