And I decided to do things a little differently by renting a campervan 🚐 I’m used to simply going to Bristol and staying there with my parents but living away from your motherland actually helps you want to connect with it more deeply when you are there.. So the van. I’ve never driven a campervan before and when I picked up the key , the thing was huge. Wayyy bigger than I had expected. I freaked. How on earth was I going to drive around with my toddler in this massive truck ? So I cried for around an hour before seeing that there were two choices. I either needed to hand the key back and get on a train to Bristol. Or I needed to drive the van. Thank you to the part of me that allows me to push through fear. You have taken me on so many adventures - created absolute carnage destruction but also so much damn love and stories that will make me one interesting grandma.
