BEGINNER LOWER BODY WORKOUT!

I filmed this workout 12 weeks post-pregnancy. I don't have a smile on my face because I was concentrating SO hard on the exercises and was trying to see what my body could and couldn't do. If you're in that postpartum phase and getting back into fitness... trust me, don't push yourself! EASE back into it and see what works for you.

This was my go-to workout to build my strength back!! 💪

💧 Squat - 12 reps
💧 Reverse Lunge - 12 reps
💧 Hinge - 12 reps
💧 Glute Kickback - 20 reps (10 per side)
