Fried Potato Skins

INGREDIENTS
4 potatoes, only skins
Salt and pepper, as needed
Oil (for frying)

PREPARATION
1. Rinse potato skins well and pat dry with paper towels.
2. Deep fry potato skins in the oil (160°C/320°F) until crispy.
3. Season the fried potato skins (2) with salt and pepper.
