What are you doing in my swamp?
If you’ve ever thought of spending a night in Shrek’s Swamp, now could be your chance. Located in the hills of the Scottish Highlands, @Airbnb is offering guests the chance to live like the beloved ogre. The space sees an overgrown landscape, modest interiors, and features a bathroom 20 meters away from the main living area.
Those interested can book the swamp for two nights, free of charge as Airbnb states it is “a nod to the priceless refuge Shrek’s Swamp has provided fairtale creatures of all kinds.” Reservations can be requested for up to three guests from October 27 to October 29 with bookings beginning on October 13. With this offer, Airbnb will additionally make a one-time donation to the HopScotch Children’s Charity.
