35!🎈

One year ago on my 34th birthday I woke up in the morning and took a pregnancy test. This week we celebrated my 35th in the city as a family of four! It’s been a big, beautiful, transformational year and I am just so thankful for it all. Pregnancy, birth, this postpartum time… It’s been magical. I can’t believe I’m 35. But then I see the grays in my hair and I believe it😂

Two kids! A farm! And a husband to hold us all. I’m so, so thankful. #35
