人は人生の平均90％を屋内で過ごし、ビジネスの観点からも、固定費の9割は「従業員」に使われているので、室内空間における良好な健康状態をサポートすることは、インテリアデザインにおいても重要な要素を担うようになりました。人と地球の健康両方をサポートするために、IWBIとUSGBC（LEEDの母体）は、WELL建築設計のプロジェクトのための合理化された認証プロセスを作りました。フィットネスセンター、無料のベジフルーツカフェ、くつろぎスペースなど、これからのビルディングデザインに大きな役割を果たすようになってきていると学ばせていただきました。LEEDでの私の勉強メモを読者と共有したいとおもいました！

People spend an average of 90 percent of their life in indoor spaces. Also from the business standpoint of view, 90% of their fixed cost goes to "employees". Supporting good health conditions in indoor spaces plays an important element in interior design. To support the health of people and the planet, IWBI and USGBC have created a streamlined certification process for projects that are WELL in building design. A fitness center, a complimentary veggie/fruit cafe, a relaxing space, and more are coming to play a major role in the future building design. My study notes from LEED to share with the readers.
