When I travel, I try to balance my workouts. I mainly rely on walking, but I also like to do 2-3 workouts in the gym or my hotel room because it makes me FEEL good, not because I HAVE to.
I just finished this new 28 minute Power Pilates workout that incorporates a set of medium heavy dumbells ( I used 8lb) and controlled Pilates style movements. This is a new workout that I posted @soulsyncbody and you can find under “ monday” for the weekly schedule! 💪🏼 Have you tried it yet?
