It's my one year post hair transplant surgery!💆🏼‍♀️💛 Swipe for my before and after pics 👉🏻 One year ago my life changed forever when I flew to Istanbul in Turkey with @getmorehair.co.uk to have surgery at @cosmedicaclinic with the incredible @dr.leventacar 🌟 After having my second child 11yrs ago my hair noticeably began to thin and recede, and teamed with years of bleaching and heat damage from hair styling and mistreating my hair, in time there was less and less of it left! Being Hungarian Irish literally everybody in my immediate family struggles with hair, my father lost all of his at the age of 21yrs and my brother just about clung onto it until his 30's before braving the shave. With my mother going through cancer and losing her hair, having thinning and receding myself seemed so insignificant in comparison and so I just didn't talk to anyone about it and tried my best to hide it instead. Men and women alike face the heartache of hairloss at any age and stage of life, yet we stay silent, feel ashamed and try to hide it which only prolongs the suffering by avoiding the cause. Why hide something that can so easily be fixed? If you want to fix it then surely you should have the choice? Not so long ago, female hair transplants didn't exist, but I'm here to let you know that now they do.
