A week of Workouts! Sometimes my weekly routine slightly changes due travel or filming, but I try to do two consistent strenght training sessions - one focused on upper body and another one on the lower body. In additional, I incorporate 3 pilates workout for flexibility and core strength and 2x rest days with walking and recovery!

This routine has really worked for my body to become stronger, gain muscle and to feel good!
