Tofu Carbonara

INGREDIENTS
1 pack tofu
80ml soy milk (plain)
1/2 teaspoon consommé powder
1/2 canned tuna (in water)
2 cheese slices
1 egg yolk
Black pepper, as needed
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
PREPARATION
1. Put the tofu, the tuna, the soy milk, and consommé powder in a heat-proof bowl.
2. Place the cheese slices on top of (1). Cover the bowl with food wrap. Microwave for 2 minutes at 600W.
3. Place the egg yolk on top. Add some black pepper.
4. Enjoy!
