INGREDIENTS
A
180g rice flour
120g potato starch
90g sugar
300g water
Some food coloring (red)
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
Some potato starch
150g sweet red bean paste
Some cocoa powder
Some water
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
PREPARATION
1. Mix all A ingredients in a heat-proof dish. Cover with food wrap and microwave for 1 minute and half at 600W. Stir and microwave for 1 more minute, then repeat one more time (stir and microwave).
2. To make piggy nose parts, separate a bit of (1) into a bowl. Add food coloring. Dust some potato starch.
3. Make piggy ear parts with (1). Roll out the rest of (1), place sweet red bean paste in the center and seal.
4. Mix cocoa powder with water. Draw piggy eyes on (3).
5. Enjoy!
