I feel that this all happens if you create routines. This is why my days are filled with routines starting from when I wake up until I get in the bed. They also help me stay on track and actually get things done. Because I don’t know about you, but sometimes I could just feel paralyzed all day and not get anything done. And when this happens, I all of a sudden get really mad at myself for wasting a day. But most of the time when that happens, it’s because I fell through on my routines for that day. I’m not saying don’t have spontaneousness in your life, because God knows I definitely have a lot of that. But routines also help your body adapt to life. And you can have routines for when you’re traveling, in your own place, for when you’re at other peoples houses. But having routines can also help ground you when you’re feeling chaotic. Basically, I’m a big believer in routines. They also help you track your progress when trying to achieve a goal.
