• Lie on your back with legs at a 90-degree angle against the wall. Hands behind your head, crunch upwards.
• 3 sets of 12 reps

𝟮. 𝗕𝗶𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 (Wall Supported)
• Target: Obliques and entire abdominal region.
• Start with legs against the wall at a 90-degree angle. Alternate touching elbows to opposite knees.
• 3 sets of 12 reps (each side)

𝟯. 𝗚𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘀
• Target: Glutes and lower back.
• Lie with feet against the wall, knees at 90 degrees. Lift hips, squeezing glutes at the top.
• 3 sets of 12 reps

𝟰. 𝗚𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗲𝗴 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝘁
• Target: Glutes, hamstrings, and core stability.
• Start in a glute bridge, feet on the wall at 90 degrees. Alternate lifting legs while maintaining the bridge.
• 3 sets of 12 reps (each leg)
