This easy homemade pumpkin bread is perfect for the holidays✨

-2 eggs
-1.5 cups pumpkin purée
-1 cup maple syrup (I ran out so I used brown sugar too)
-1/2 cup melted coconut oil
-1/4 cup milk
-1.75 cups flour
-1tsp baking soda
-2tsp pumpkin pie spice

Mix wet ingredients first then fold in dry ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 minutes! 🫶
